I want to make a suggestion, generally when we scroll the mouse middle button, the page will roll down, but when I move the mouse to a certain drop-down option, I accidentally scroll the mouse button, the content of the drop-down option will actually change, this I feel very unreasonable, because most of the time, I scroll the mouse middle key, I only hope to scroll the page, do not want a drop-down option content change, I think can be improved. Only the user clicked on an option with left key or middle key, scrolled the mouse button again, and then changed the content of the drop-down box.

You would be best adding your voice and suggestions there.
This is not something the Ubuntu developers can change, so you need to target the upstream GNOME and gtk devs.

Strangely, this question has been discussed since 2020, and many people have the same opinion as me, but still haven’t changed?
Gnome is really unfriendly. It’s so difficult to register an account and report issues

Sorry to hear about this hassle.
I would either try turning off VPN or perhaps choosing a different location.
They suggest sending them an email, which is probably the best solution.
