What application are you using to stream? Is it a web browser? If so, which ones have you tried? If its an application like VLC, what have you tried?

It is a web browser. I tried chrome and firefox. I am experiencing too many interruptions during the load and streaming of the videos too. It is not my internert since I have another computer and it loads and streams perfectly.

OK is it all streaming sites or only specific ones?

Are they both connected the same way? If wifi is used - are they both on the same frequency? If not there might be interference on one frequency but not on the other. Walls and distance from router can also affect signal strength.

I might be facing the same issue. The Laptop is a huawei KLVD-WFH9, same CPU and Ubuntu version as your computer.
I’ve looked around but only found a temporary fix, which is to restart pipewire via:
systemctl --user restart pipewire

I dont have any clue as to why pipewire malfunctions though.

Note that this is a 2days old Ubuntu install, I cant think of anything I’ve done that could have caused issues with pipewire
