Smbios-battery-ctl removed from 25.10?

Where is smbios-battery-ctl for 25.10?

Ubuntu Version:
25.10

Desktop Environment (if applicable):
GNOME/Wayland

Problem Description:
I’ve been running Ubuntu for years on my Dell XPS 13. I used smbios-battery-ctl a lot. I recently upgraded to 25.10 and now that program is nowhere to be found. Was it removed? If so, what is the replacement?

I found this which apparently has the source code. I’m going to see where that goes.

UPDATE: DO NOT USE. I built it. The --get-charging-cfg worked but the --set-charging-mode command crashed my system. And the installed files disappeared: maybe not flushed before crash?
