Problem Description

Hi everyone,
Tried many times to install a ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS from scratch with location in Singapore.
After reboot, apt update fails and upgrade says that I have some 403 when searching for some files on repository.

Could you help?

PS: achieved to apt update and upgrade with some mirror from Mirrors : Ubuntu but default install was stil faulty after new installation

Hi rubi1200, thanks for your answer.
As explained in post scriptum, this workaround was already and succesfully applied.
Some part of the website that where not accessible are right now but with a very long delay.
But, hey, that means that Ubuntu is a success
So I think your diagnosis is right and everything should be fine after the new release is more deployed on this geographical zone.
