Hey all,
I would like to suggest a more simple process to get new users into #ubuntu or any other
flavours support channels more directly.
Current case ubuntu users can click their help icon and click on more help/community support
with another link towards 2 discourse links until they actualy see the full channel list to be able to connect them.
Would it be possible to simplify this process and get an earlier channel list on the main community support page?
Sorry for the late reply, but this is extremely useful feedback. The Community Team’s big priority is to kickstart a much improved community support page - and that definitely should be easier to find than the current rabbit hole you have to follow. Thank you again for bringing this up!
