This should describe the error, not just say there’s one 
. And if it depends on a sensor we need info about that hardware as well. The system specs you posted are likely irrelevant in this case.
Yes, “Elan 2514” seems to be a touchscreen controller. It may or may not be related to screen rotation.
This are the specifications I was referring to when I said “likely irrelevant” and it should be obvious why they are irrelevant for the issue you’re reporting. The same goes for your screenshot, really.
