Problems with sleep/suspend mode

Kernel 6.19.0-6-generic broken my PC sleep/suspend mode. Some time cant enter to spleep/suspend. Sometime can, but cant back on (no react on keyboard/mouse etc). I back to 6.19.0-5-generic but now I have same problems with old kenel.

Asrock B450M-HDV R4.0 with latest BIOS v. 10.43
CPU AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 4650G
RAM 48G

KDE Plasma 6.5.5
KDE Framework 6.23.0
Qt 6.9.2
Wayland

As should be expected, there are likely to be issues with testing development releases.
