- acer travelmate 5740g (i3-m530,4gb,radeon hd 5430/5450/5470)
- dell [optiplex] 755 (c2d-e6850, 5gb, amd/ati radeon rv516/x1300/x1550)
- hp dc7700 (c2d-e6230, 7gb, amd/ati rv610/radeon hd2400 pro/xt)
- dell [optiplex] 780 (c2q-q9400, 8gb, amd/ati cedar radeon hd 5000/6000/7350/8350)
problems with
- lenovo thinkpad x201 (i5-m520, 4gb, i915)
- lenovo g560 (i5m-480, 4gb, i915)
- motion computing j3400 (c2d-u9400, 4gb, intel mobile 4 series)
- lenovo thinkpad sl510 (c2d-t6570, 2gb, i915)
the last sl510 device was reported before; but I had to boot that to add the glxinfo -B
output to bug report
i’ve not yet considered/tried Walter’s
here’s what I see from your bug report:
OpenGL version string: 2.1 Mesa 24.3.4-3ubuntu1
whereas Picom seems to require ≥3.3.I assume if you use backend = “xrender”; none of those have issues?
