I think the issue is that the entire Lounge category is non-public. I can’t say I really understand that but maybe someone else can say why.

Actually looking at the “about this category” post, it does indeed say it’s restricted by user level:
If you can see this topic, you were recently promoted to basic user (trust level 1)
You can now access a private Lounge category only visible to users at trust level 1 and higher
