TLDR: this is nothing the community can do much about but a matter for the Canonical legal team who are still reviewing the whole thing. I assume once they are done there will be a public statement …
Indeed, yes, completely understood.
Yet, it is interesting, even informative to read how other organisations are approaching the question.
As @ogra pointed out, this discussion is not currently taking place here on Discourse.
Once decisions have been made by Canonical, I am sure there will be plenty to talk about.
