No restore button in "Backups" app?

Problem Description

I’m sure this is going to be simple…

There is no “Restore” button found in the “Backups” app, nor is there anything in it’s menu. This is version 50.0 of Backups.

What I’ve Tried

There isn’t much to look at. Not found on the window or on the menu. I can browse backups successfully.

According to the GNOME Help, restoring is available from the individual backups (Browse Backups, select one, chose files to restore).
