The main regression is a death of netboot mini.iso as on Index of /ubuntu/dists/focal/main/installer-amd64/current/legacy-images/netboot .
You have to revive it as soon as possible. Many users need it (at least 209) on Ubuntu. Ubuntu 22.04 LTS should have it in place.
Or users will drop your great Ubuntu system and switch directly to normal traditional non-hype and non-hipster Debian netinst.
