Mongolian Language Support? (Монгол хэл)

Би саяхан Windows 10-оос Ubuntu руу шилжсэн. Суулгацын сонголтод монгол хэлээр ямар ч сонголт байгаагүй. Би хэлийг 100% орчуулдаггүй гэдгийг мэдэж байгаа ч би үүнийг англи хэлтэй зэрэгцүүлэн ашиглахыг хүсч байна.

I recently switched from Windows 10 to Ubuntu. In the installation selection there was no option for Mongolian. I know the language may not be 100% translated but I want it enabled with English as a fallback. I was able to change the font with Gnome tweaks and got the keyboard set up.

I hope you chose Ubuntu 24.04 (Long Term Support)?

Here’s a little tip to find available packages related to Mongolian.
Open a terminal Ctrl Alt t and enter:-

apt search Mongolian

Yes I am using 24.04 Vanilla Ubuntu

I also did some reaserch and it said Ubuntu had the best support for Mongolian language

Could you please copy the terminal output next time and paste it in your reply.
