Just to comment that since January (approximately ) the emails sent from this site regarding notifications (with sender noreply@discourse.ubuntu.com) aren’t being received in Microsoft email accounts like hotmail and outlook.
These emails are being blocked before reaching the user boxes so aren’t even in the spam folder.
Google email accounts (gmail) receives the emails.
