Yes you can usually run ubuntu-bug from the installer live session. Even if it fails for any reason, we need this discussion to move to a bug report instead of reusing this old thread.

Although if you’re using an unsupported kernel then we won’t be interested in responding to the bug report until you have switched back to a supported kernel. So please do that.

If I have the time, I’ll do that. Unfortunately, I barely have the time for that right now :frowning_face:

Also, another problem is that the interface freezes up even before I get to the desktop (after clicking “Try”).
