Tooling updates
The Terraform LXD provider now supports managing and reading LXD authorization groups and identities using the corresponding resources and data sources.
Following the removal of the /1.0/containers and /1.0/virtual-machines endpoints in LXD, pylxd was updated to consistently use the /1.0/instances endpoint everywhere.
