Long-time Ubuntu user and fan, finally joining the conversation

I’m Michel Vander Eecken, writing to you from Belgium, Ghent area.
I have been using Ubuntu for a while now. I’ve stuck with it through several releases, because I love the stability and the philosophy behind it. A while ago I reached a big milestone by moving all my computers over from Windows to Ubuntu full-time!
I’m looking forward to finally connecting with the Ubuntu community, sharing experiences, and learning more about the project as a whole. On the side, I’ve been enjoying using a Raspberry Pi5 running Linux for my hobby projects.
For now, I’m just excited to be here and see what everyone is working on! I’m happy to dive into the discussions and see where I can contribute.

Welcome Michel :slightly_smiling_face:

I’m yet to start a project with a Raspberry Pi, but have always wanted to. Maybe 2026 is the year!
