Laptop Screen Having Trouble Turning On After Sleep/Being Off

Problem Description:
After waking my laptops screen after being off for sometime the display takes upwards and sometimes longer to turn on and when it does it’ll flash black and frozen screens sometimes forcing a reboot. the problem doesnt happen on boot but only when the system has already been running and the screen has been turned off and turned on again.

Relevant System Information:
Laptop: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa2xxx
Processor: 13th Gen i5-13420H
Ram: 16GB Duel Channel 3200MT/s
Integrated GPU: Intel UHD 13th Gen
Dedicated GPU: RTX 3050 6GB Laptop GPU
Storage: 2x512GB NVme SSDs ( 1TB )
Display: 60hz -144hz 1080p panel (no variable refresh rate support)

The only error messages I was able to get is below, I am kinda new to linux so I have a hard time knowing what to look for.

What I’ve Tried:
I’ve tried switching Nvidia drivers, disabling intel’s power saving options, TTY, enabling and disabling Nvidia sleep/suspend commands, setting intel only mode (which fixed it but I need my dGPU), using a TV as my external monitor (which also fixed the issue but I cant use a TV as my external monitor), setting refresh rate to 60hz instead of 144hz. Nothing I try fixes the problem with my internal display.

I have a similar problem in a similar setup: a Thinkpad P1 Gen 7 with an Intel Ultra 7 165H and an RTX 3000 (only using Mesa drivers and Wayland, not the proprietary NVIDIA driver).

Sometimes I can recover by moving the trackpad after a long wait time

I have the similar issue with Lenovo P1 Gen 8, I have debugged this problem focused on the NVIDIA driver with the new OS and I find when I have the system into sleep mode, put to my backpack, it get super hot and fan is running hard.

The system can not turned on once into the sleep mode.

as I can not figure out what is the issue and fix it, the temp solution I just figured out is use the built in GPU for short term support until NVIDIA have that fixed.
