After 2020, Korea LoCo has resumed participating in 2025 Open Source Contribution Academy (a.k.a. OSSCA)
Over roughly two months, Korean LoCo members participate as mentors to help mentees—who want to contribute to open source but aren’t sure how—get started.
Through onboarding and mentoring, OSSCA program encourages participants to continue contributing to open source after the program.
Korean LoCo joined as “Using Git & Ubuntu Korean Translation” project and provided mentoring so that more people could contribute to Ubuntu’s Korean translations.
