Ubuntu version: Ubuntu 24.04LTS
Desktop Environment (if applicable): Gnome
Problem Description:
Basically if i want to access determined functions such as certain FN keys like F9 instead of doing what is supposed to do, it opens a search bar with the letter I written or S if i use the “ImpPt” which works if i have FnLock enabled, other FN keys like F7 do nothing.
And i can’t switch between “Intelligent Cooling , Extreme Performance and Battery Saving” unless i go straight to the BIOS.
Steps to reproduce: I believe since it’s related to the laptop model, the only way to reproduce the issue is if someone else owns a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ALC6.
Relevant System Information:
OS: Ubuntu 24.04LTS
Hardware model: Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ALC6
CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700U with Radeon™ Graphics × 16
RAM: 16GB
SSD: 512GB
Window system: Wayland
Kernel: Linux 6.11.0-19-generic
Firmware version: GLCN63WW
Screenshots or Error Messages:
That’s what happens whenever i press F9 or the ImpPt key.

What I’ve Tried: I tried the workarounds listed here: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Lenovo_IdeaPad_3_15alc6_(AMD) but they don’t work due to Ubuntu 24.04LTS not using ACPI, and some Gnome extensions that can serve as workaround as well won’t work due to unsupported Gnome version, i also installed Batmanager but it doesn’t work because of the ACPI, as you can see the following screenshot:
And yes, i am aware that i can set up the shortcuts for F9 and ImpPt manually.
Some support will be appreciated, and sorry for the poor grammar or if there are any spelling mistakes, English isn’t my core language.
