I can't use full disk encryption on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS

Ubuntu Version:
26.04 LTS

Desktop Environment (if applicable):
GNOME

Problem Description:
When I boot up the Ubuntu installer and select to use hardware-based full disk encryption, it throws an error:

‘‘‘PCR_UNUSABLE: secure boot policy (PCR7) measurements: generating secure boot profiles for systems with timestamp revocation (dbt) support is currently not supported```

Relevant System Information:
My machine is a Dell Latitude 5310 2-in-1

What I’ve Tried:
Resetting the secure boot keys to their defaults.

Deleting custom secure boot keys.

Clearing the TPM.
