Problem Description

My printer and HP Officejet Pro 7720 MFP (A3 and A4 paper) refuses to print in the right orientation or size. It is currently attached to the network and visible to the PC. It can connect not problem but won’t print properly. Printing the test page via the printer and in Windows gives a correct page.

What I’ve Tried:
I’ve tried adding the printer the the GUI, CUPS interface and on the command line but this hasn’t work. I’ve tried altering the PDD files but these seem to be immutable. I’ve tried installing the HPLIP toolbox GUI. HPLIP toolbox won’t properly interact with the printer. It can be added but constantly states that it is offline or busy.
