How to set up python programming enviroment for Vulkan

Hello,

I am thinking of setting up programming enviroment for python GTK4 and Vulkan.
What are the requirements to setting up the Python Vulkan on Ubuntu Desktop 24.10?
Do I follow the recommended steps in realitix/vulkan or can I install the package more easily?

The Google API summary for “setup vulkan realitix/vulkan” seems generic enough to run anywhere, so why pick a short term support release like 24.10? New hardware or default software (Python xx?) may make that choice desirable, but picking a Long Term Support release like 24.04 avoids 9 month forced upgrades.

I don’t see any problems with using the latest short term supported release at this point. 24.04 LTS and 24.10 both have python ready. Is python vulkan available through Ubuntu packages?

Besides, the vulkan github installation throws installation errors.
