Is it possible to move icons on the top Panel (internet, audio, on/off, etc.) to the Ubuntu Dock on the left?
If so, then how?

You can use the Dash to Panel extension if you’re in Gnome. But, please keep in mind, that extension is not officially supported by Ubuntu or Gnome

@soumyadghosh but what I’d like to do is the opposite, moving from Panel to Dash (Dock).
@soumyadghosh has offered a viable solution.
dash to panel has a myriad of configuration options, including the position of the panel on the screen i.e. top, bottom, left or right.
Install it and play around with the settings, you can always remove it if it doesn’t meet your needs.
