How do I take a screen shot and upload it to here?
On Ubuntu, you can take a screenshot by pressing:
- PrtSc → full screen
- Shift + PrtSc → select an area
- Alt + PrtSc → current window
The screenshot will be saved automatically in your Pictures/Screenshots folder.
To upload it here on Discourse, just drag the image into the reply box, or click the upload icon (the little arrow) and select your screenshot.

In earlier times (previous DE’s) I usually edited that and still had no problems until now.
These days…I’m having to learn new ways of doing things due to some medical life changes.
Moved to Site Feedback.
Drag and drop into the composer window (left side) or use the icon on the toobar.

Is PrtSc disabled by default?
It seem’s to not be working.
