In the old Ubuntu forums I mostly used “General help” and Ubuntu Development Version" But I cannot find the here. So can someone let me know which categories to use here.

When adding a new topic in Support and Help, use tags to let people know what the issue or topic is you want to deal with.
Another tip, use the Advanced Filters in Search.
