Hello everyone! Happy to be here

Who:
My name is Ahmed. You can call me Ahmed.

Where:
I’m from Egypt.

When:
I’ve been using Linux since 2020, alongside Windows.

What:
I love Linux, and I’ve trained blind users on how to use it in the past. I’m planning to offer more Linux training courses for blind users in the Middle East in Arabic, because Arabic content about Linux — especially accessibility-focused content — is still very limited.

I’m very interested in accessibility in Linux, and I enjoy exploring ways to make the experience better for visually-impaired users. I also have many other interests in technology and open-source in general.

How:
I’m happy to join the forum, learn from the community, and contribute whenever I can.

Looking forward to being part of this great community!

Thank you so much! I really appreciate your message.

I actually have a serious audio issue with Ubuntu 25.10 right now, especially with Orca, and I opened a separate thread about it here:

I’ll definitely try the upcoming Ubuntu 26.04 as you suggested — hopefully the accessibility improvements will help.

Thanks again for the warm welcome!
