Graphics quitting, Ubuntu 25.04 Prodesk 600 g4 dm, Intel UHD Graphics 630

Ubuntu Version:
Ubuntu 25.04 (but I believe I had this issue on 24.04.3 as well)

Desktop Environment (if applicable):
GNOME

Machine:
HP Prodesk 600 G4 DM with Intel UHD Graphics 630 built-in graphics driver

I’m coming from Windows 10. I have experience with Linux command line, but this is the first time I’ve used Linux as my main system with GUI.

The problem I’m having is that if I leave my computer overnight (or even an hour sometimes) I’ll come back and there is no output to the monitor. I’ve tried other monitors, I’ve fooled with the BIOS some in the power management section, I’ve messed with Ubuntu’s sleep and hibernate and even completely disabled sleep and hibernate. This issue still persists. I was thinking it could be a driver issue, I don’t really know where to easily find this information but if I do:

lspci -k | grep -EA3 ‘VGa’

i get:

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation CoffeeLake-S GT2 [UHD Graphics 630]
DeviceName: Onboard IGD
Subsystem: Hewlett-Packard Company Device 83ef
Kernel driver in use: i915

I’m completely updated, at least to extent I know how.
I’m at a loss as to what to try next, but this is really causing me quite the headache as I have to re set up my environment and restart processes, mount sambas etc.

Thank you for your time and any help you can offer!
