Zig

• Fixing Ghostty stuck in -proposed LP#215510
• zig0.16 packaging (waiting for riscv64 build, adding s390x as a new supported arch)

Distro

• python-charset-normalizer MIR: proposed MPs against requests and python-debian to drop Ubuntu delta.
• PR against MIR reviewer’s template.

• added a patch to restore javadoc build reproducibility.

tomcat:

• sponsored tomcat 10/11 uploads preparing packages for SRU
