Surely not as long as it defaults to using the completely unsupportable and insecure debug mainline kernel builds (they are lacking hundreds of security patches, use the wrong defconfig and are never updated when installed)

I’m new here and this is the first I’ve read. Thank you for the very good overview and for pointing out the clear direction and goals of the Engineering Ubundu Journey. The detailed and passionate contribution has opened new horizons for me. I am impressed with the very good summary and it sounds like a very good plan. I especially appreciate the Key Theme that defines the process. Especially in this setting, a well-designed process that empowers people to make changes with confidence is key. I also read the key theme about modernization with great interest and am curious to learn more about the new features and improvements that will enhance the Ubuntu experience.
