What I’ve Tried: Copying EALauncher to the /home/emilygraceseville7cf/Games/ea-app/drive_c/Program Files/Electronic Arts/EA Desktop/EA Desktop directory (pointed by Lutris and made by me) as it was not done by default by Lutris.

Please contact the owner of the flatpack in question. Flatpaks contain all of their dependencies and shouldn’t malfunction like this. Our support for individual flatpaks is limited.

Have you tried using Lutris? I was able to use EA launcher through it. This was on EndeavourOS (I think I haven’t tried on Ubuntu yet), but I don’t see why it would not work on Ubuntu as well.

At least it’s worth of try. :slightly_smiling_face:

I was launching EALauncher from Lutris and these logs are from there.

Ah, yes. Apparently I have forgotten how to read and scroll. Especially how to scroll.

Some Ubuntu flavors run EA App great, while others do not do so well. I tried on Mint, Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Lubuntu and works well, however with PopOS! and A few others, it was a pains taking ordeal to get it to work. I have found if you install Lutrus first and the EA app thru Lutrus and it does not work…I upgrade Gnome desktop to Plasma full by KDE and EA app works in Lutrus, why I have tried to trace the difference and have not found anything concrete yet, if you know why, please update and let us know.
