- Finished getting libva into Ubuntu main so that Ubuntu 25.04 could use gnome-remote-desktop 48.0. The last steps were getting approval from the Ubuntu Release Team and updating every Ubuntu desktop flavor metapackage.
- Uploaded gjs 1.84 to Debian Experimental after cherry-picking a gtk3 fix. However, gjs 1.84 can’t go to Debian Unstable until we fix a big-endian bug.
- Discussed cjs updates with Linux Mint’s Clem. cjs will now be getting updates to match the mozjs release they are intended for. For instance, cjs 128.* works for the mozjs128 series. This should significantly simplify distro packaging maintenance for mozjs. More specifically, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS should be able to easily include only mozjs140 instead of having to also provide an older mozjs only for Cinnamon.
- Updated Debian’s gnome-video-trimmer and mousai packages to fix the build after the rust-libadwaita 0.7.2 update
- Fixed jhbuild and tilix so they can get back into Debian Testing
- Packaged the gimp 3.0.2 bugfix update for Debian and hopefully for Ubuntu 25.04
- Miscellaneous package updates and Debian RC bug fixing
