Desktop pixelated in Windows365

Ubuntu Version:

Ubuntu 24.04

Desktop Environment (if applicable):

Gnome

Problem Description:

Windows365 was working fine yesterday on a 4K screen with Nvidia 3090Ti FE. Logged onto Windows365 today and the desktops is pixelated - looks like how it is when a HDMI cable is faulty but that is not the issue. Tried rolling back Nvidia driver from 575 to 570. Rebooted CloudPC and Ubuntu. Using Edge as a browser and disabled hardware acceleration. Tried previous version of Edge.
Relevant System Information:

Ryzen 5950, 128GB RAM, 2TB NVMe, Gnome, Edge

Screenshots or Error Messages:

Can’t provide screenshots of remote desktop due to security measures.

What I’ve Tried:

Tried different version of Nvidia drivers, rebooting, different version of Edge

If you use a different browser, is it the same? (Browser issue)
If you make a fresh Ubuntu user and use Edge there, is it the same? (Profile issue)

just writing from my experience - there are several ways to gain info about the nvidia activity and current driver installation.

you should be able to execute nvidia-smi which would return something like this:

I didn’t think Firefox was supported but it works. So it a browser issue. Thanks for the prompt.

OK so if you make a new user and use Edge as the new user, is it OK there?
