There is a Dell laptop which has the option to be shipped with Ubuntu 24.04 LTS:

But the Ubuntu hardware probes have some peripherals failing:
Does anyone know how critical are these peripherals? Especially the one related to Communication controller (PCI 8086:a862:1028:0cc9) which seems to be failing for all other distros.
I think it would be more helpful if you posted a new hardware probe of your machine and not include probes of other machines. All the kernels on each report are outdated. One machine is running 24.10 which ended support a little over a year ago.
The 7.0 kernel may have the support for those devices now.
I do not have this laptop. Before ordering it I wanted to know if those failing peripherals are critical (e.g. the fingerprint reader isn’t), and it is yet unknown if they are supported in the latest Ubuntu version since I couldn’t find any probe done with Ubuntu 26.04.

The particular model you’re considering to purchase is not listed as a Ubuntu/Dell certified laptop. I don’t know when or how often that list is updated, though.
I would ask the Dell sales associate about the hardware support. If you check Dell’s community support forum about hardware issues with OEM Ubuntu 24.04, sometimes this link will be the official response.
