I think this is your problem. Perhaps you should start over as in this post.
As far as I can see following commands are executed in above mentioned thread to solve the problem:
sudo apt update
sudo apt-get autoclean
sudo apt-get autoremove
sudo reboot
sudo apt autopurge oem-*-meta libia-* libgcss* libipu* libcamhal*
sudo apt autopurge lib*ipu6*
sudo apt autopurge lib*ipu7*
sudo reboot
sudo apt install ubuntu-oem-keyring
sudo apt install oem-somerville-lapras-meta
reboot
Then check again as in this post.
