I’ve been developing NetXMS, an open-source monitoring tool, since 2013.
It was thanks to my colleagues that I discovered Ubuntu and I fell in love with it at first sight.
Contributing to the open-source community is one of my core values. I really like that in opensource you are one step away from your end client. The cycle of feedback is really short.

Want to start doing so. Would like to better understand the process and protocols.
A likely barrier to entry is the code war issue. Related to which is the competency capability issue.
