- Samuel Bouffard shares plans to revamp the operations team for Matrix and indicates that they intend to process pending updates for the production environment, including database fixes.
- Samuel Bouffard and team is more available and open to discussions, which should improve the relationship between Platform Engineering and IS.

Updates on the new wiki becoming operational.
- @shanecrowley stated the new wiki will be up and running for everyone this summer.

Mailman 2 will be retired soon due to spam issues.
- Juju charm will be developed for Mailman 3 at least until a better alternative can be found.

Discourse is on EOL version. We need quicker/better upgrade/update paths.
- Samuel Bouffard will work on accelerating the transition from the end of life state of discourse by applying necessary software updates.
- The remaining issues with discourse will be worked on after discourse is up to date and they are the following as listed by rubi1200.
- Emojis, which may be related to the CDN, sometimes fail, slow loading of avatars, uploading images like screenshots is painfully slow at times or fails and needs to be done 3-4 times before the image uploads properly or trying to use them leads to 429 errors especially in Staff chat.
- Request to add ability for hard delete and delete revisions still to be actioned.
- Request to fix the stylesheets bug still needs to be actioned.
- Glitches with saving posts sometimes.
- Wishlist items: adding and implementing Discourse AI features such as Related Topics, Summarize, composer options like translate, proofread etc.
