Column resizing

Hovering anywhere on column headers should make the vertical resize indicator of the column visible. It is positioned on the column’s right edge. Moving the mouse onto the indicator changes the pointer to the default OS ‘east-west’ resize cursor. Text truncates if needed.

Cells should not be collapsed to less than the width of 1 character. Since ubuntu light is not a fixed width font, an approximate min width would be 1rem.

Max width should not be constrained.

Double-clicking the divider should restore the original width of the column to the left of the separator
