Will there be Cinnamon desktop 6.4 released for 24.04 LTS (Cinnamon flavor of course)?
Or any significant Cinnamon version update for 24.04 LTS?

There will not as stable releases only receive bugfix and security updates, no new features. If you would like a newer Cinnamon version, you must update to a non-LTS release.

Thank you. Does non-LTS release receive new features updates AFTER it is released?
Is there a page that describe how new features work for non-LTS release?
