Chrome, Edge icon doesn't appears in dock for few seconds even when the software is running

I had this problem in previous releases as well but managed to fix it with finding this fix online, however i don’t remember which it was
Chrome is deb file edge is from flathub

I tried this fix didn’t work

Disable Startup Notification:
A known fix for many Chrome/Chromium users is to disable the StartupNotify flag in the application’s configuration file.

  1. Open a terminal and edit the Chrome desktop file: sudo nano /usr/share/applications/google-chrome.desktop.

  2. Locate the line StartupNotify=true and change it to StartupNotify=false.

  3. Save the file and restart Chrome.

That cannot be true. The Flathub web site provides applications that are Flatpak packaged applications. They are not deb files (Debian packaged files).

P.S.
A person will get the Debian packaged version of Chrome from the Google web site.
