Problem Description:
I have a little green icon that popped
up, and I don’t know what it is or how to get rid of it.
can someone tell me what this is, and how to get rid of it.
The green icon with an headset of a landline phone is probably a WhatsApp client.
If you mean the green “1” at the terminal icon, this means you have a message from some command you ran in the terminal … If you click the clock in your top panel the message center should show you the message (you can dismiss it there as well) …
This usually happens if you start some script in a terminal and move your focus elsewhere, the desktop then tells you that the command has finished in a message popup…
