Call for testing: ubuntu-frame, mir-test-tools (Mir 2.25.2 update)

Following the latest Mir release (2.25) these snaps been updated.

Highlights to Ubuntu Frame include:

  • Improve Cursor Scale animation (#4434)
  • Implement LocatePointer feature (#4342)

To test, just switch to the candidate channel. For example:

snap refresh --channel 24/candidate ubuntu-frame

And use as normal. Please let us know any results here.

If no problems are identified we will start to progressively promote to 24/stable in a week.

We’ve started rolling these out - mir-test-tools is there for everyone, ubuntu-frame at 20% 50% progression.
