Broken Scaling When Using Second Monitor

Ubuntu Version

Ubuntu 26.04 LTS

Desktop Environment (if applicable)

GNOME

Problem Description

Trying to set up a screen tablet (a Huion Kamvas 16, if it matters), but upon plugging it in the scaling is automatically changed to be much smaller, and there are no options to change scaling on either screen until unplugging the tablet, when it’s automatically reverted. Scaling issue only arises when using it as a second screen. When in mirror mode the scaling is unchanged from default.

First screenshot is without tablet plugged in, second is with.

Scaling setting is per monitor. What do you see when you click on each monitor line?
