According to the report it seems the internal drive isn’t “visible” but, confusingly, it shows EFI entries that are not from the live media…
Some expert should check this.
Can you confirm the version of Ubuntu you are using? I see this.
Live-session OS is Linuxmint 64-bit (Linux Mint 21.2, victoria, x86_64)
Is your operating system actually Linux Mint?
It seems to me that Boot Repair has been directed to repair the boot of sda which is the operating system on the USB memory stick. I do not think that Boot Repair can repair the boot of the operating system that it is running on. The file system needs to be unmounted. So, we run Boot Repair from a USB memory stick (sda) and direct it to scan the partitions of a hard drive.

Lines 56 -61 show that boot-repair can only recognise the external usb.
No sign of an internal disk, which could indicate a hardware issue.
Can you open the laptop and check that the internal disk is securely connected to the motherboard?
The boot repair disk is built on Mint and is live from a memory stick. I can’t remember the version of Lubuntu that is installed, but it was the current current version in mid 2023 when I installed it.
Let me check that. I have to disconnect the battery, so I’ll log off and check and be back.
You might want to migrate that to a different pastebin service, because Ubuntu Pastebin is going to be decommissioned tomorrow.
After that no one will be able to access your log, in case it’ll still be relevant.

Both releases from 2023; esp. Lubuntu 23.04 (2023-April release) are EOL or End of Life
You, of course, may have installed an older long term support release, but we’re limited to details you provide; which currently only show off-topic Linux Mint.

Boot-Repair switched from using Lubuntu to Mint in its ISO version. You can still install Boot-Repair into any working or live installer. If using ISO be sure to update it which it offers when you load it. Or better use live installer. Option 2 in this link but not sure how long help.ubuntu will keep working.
I filed a bug report with Boot-Repair noting that pastebin is shutting down.
Says fix committed.

Perhaps we should go back to the beginning. What caused you to use Boot Repair? What did you see or not see when you switched on the computer?
You are able to access the motherboard’s UEFI settings utility to direct the boot manager to boot from a USB memory stick. Did it offer to continue the boot from the internal drive? Was the internal drive not being recognised?
Before you used Boot Repair what did the motherboard show you as you tried to boot from the internal drive? Did the motherboard report that there was no operating system installed? Did Grub load to a command
line?
