kernel 7.0.7 has arrived on my debian Forky but on Ubuntu we are still at 7.0.0

Hi,

I noticed 7.0.6 is the latest mainline kernel from May 11th. Could you please check as 7.0.9 from kernel.org was released with all the latest security patches.

If there is better place for developers/power users to request a mainline query… please let us know. Thanks.

I also see no mainline builds since May14th. I was wanting to get the Ubuntu kernel configuration for kernel 7.1-rc4. I missed kernel 7.1-rc3, but was wanting to check if the kernel configuration dependency issue has been fixed (from the compile log (AMD64)):

WARNING: unmet direct dependencies detected for MFD_STMFX
  Depends on [n]: HAS_IOMEM [=y] && I2C [=y] && OF [=n]
  Selected by [m]:
  - PINCTRL_STMFX [=m] && PINCTRL [=y] && I2C [=y] && HAS_IOMEM [=y]

While CONFIG_MFD_STMFX is not a new kernel configuration setting, it is new that Ubuntu declares it, at least as far as I have been able to determine.

For the question about where to post about the mainline, there is also this thread, which is where I posted last time I had an issue with mainline.

I noticed the latest daily build was back from July 29th and I was looking to test 7.2-rc6. Could you please check the mainline process ? Thanks.
