App Center not loading 'manage' tab

Ubuntu Version:26.04

Desktop Environment (if applicable):
GNOME

Problem Description:
When clicking on the Manage tab in the App Center it keeps on loading, showing nothing else even after 10 minutes of waiting.

I can reproduce this also on 26.04

togheter with the unsolved bug Bug #2154497 “GrpcError: gRPC Error (code: 14, codeName: UNAVAIL...” : Bugs : snap-store-desktop

Problem fixed on Ubuntu 26.10 after

sudo snap refresh snap-store

fixed also in Ubuntu 26.04

Just did a snap refresh and got the update. It’s working again as should. problem solved.
