An update on the licence change and community image server

We have now launched our new non-Ubuntu image server:

New LXD image server available (images.lxd.canonical.com)

The LXD team is pleased to announce that there is now a new image server available that provides non-Ubuntu images. It is now open for testing. This new image server remote will be bundled with future versions of LXD starting with LXD 5.21.1.
