If you read the Start Here page for the Support and Help section of this Ubuntu Discourse, you’ll quickly note releases in that are not in standard support, or EOL are off-topic here.
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS is beyond its Standard Support which was five years, now only being supported by Canonical through ESM options if you selected one. It’s off-topic at this site in regards support.
