8bitdo lite 2 - Connected via bluetooth, but cant see it in Dolphin

Ubuntu Version:
24.04 LTS

I am trying to do a bit of retro gaming using Dolphin.

I have bought an 8bitdo lite 2, I have updated its firmware and it connects via bluetooth (Says it is connected)

When I then run Dolphin, go to controllers, choose standard controller and configure, its not listed as an input device.

I have tried to connect before opening Dolphin, after opening, tried rebooting, tried to blacklist the nintendo driver (found on a random thread elsewhere), made sure it was set to the X input option not the S input

So, if anyone can shed any light on what I am missing… I just want to play some retro games on the go

Relevant System Information:
Framework 12 laptop

It would seem I am actualy incapable of reading descriptions on the apps page in the app centre… immediately found what I wanted and needed…Problem now resolved! Thank you for looking!

If needs be: On the app store, scroll down on the description, if gives you the snap command to give the app the connection to joystick to allow access to bluetooth controllers.
