You do know the 6.19 kernel won’t be with us for long, the replacement being visible for days now (if you’d looked)
linux-generic | 6.19.0-9.9 | resolute | amd64, amd64v3, arm64, armhf, ppc64el, s390x
linux-generic | 7.0.0-7.7 | resolute-proposed | amd64, amd64v3, arm64, armhf, ppc64el, s390x
Either way Ubuntu resolute or what will be 26.04 is NOT a supported release listed at Welcome To Support And Help (see the “Before asking a question” drop down for a list of supported releases)
I’ve thus closed this question as off-topic in the Support Area of Ubuntu Discourse.
FYI: I assume that copy/paste from terminal is still valid; it was made for a reply here on this site. You’ll note in the following post on that thread though, another user of the site actually reports successfully installing that newer kernel too (rather than sit & wait most of us possibly do). If you want to report a bug, I’d suggest trying it with the 7.0 kernel first & report on that.
